Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or booking services through SeniorSquadron™ (the “Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Services Provided
SeniorSquadron™ is a veteran-owned, CAPS & SHSS certified home safety service. We provide safety visits, safety inspections, flat-fee installations, and monthly safety packages to seniors, veterans, and ADA households across the Roanoke Valley.

Services are provided in-person at your home.

Services are non-medical and focus on home safety and accessibility.

We do not provide medical care, personal care, or licensed trade services (e.g., electrical, plumbing, structural carpentry). When needed, we coordinate with trusted partners.
Service Area
Roanoke Valley: Roanoke, Salem, Vinton, Cave Spring, Troutville, Buchanan, Bedford, Botetourt County and nearby communities.
Booking & Payment

Safety Visits ($199 Checklist Only, $249 Checklist + Quick Fixes) must be booked and paid in advance to confirm.

Installations and packages are billed separately after a Safety Visit.

Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or approved digital methods.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

No-shows will not be refunded.
Packages

Monthly packages are billed month-to-month.

You may cancel at any time by notifying us at least 5 days before your next billing cycle.

Packages cover routine visits and small safety tasks; installations are quoted separately unless otherwise specified.
Liability

SeniorSquadron™ is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur before, during, or after services, except where caused by proven negligence.

Clients agree to disclose known hazards, structural issues, or conditions that may affect safety during visits or installations.
Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, and materials on this website are owned by SeniorSquadron™ and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
