Q: Do I need to be a monthly package client?
No. You can add Check In With a Friend Calls as a standalone service or bundle with a package.
Q: How long is each call?
Most calls are five to ten minutes so they are easy to keep up with and not disruptive.
Q: Can you call daily?
Yes. Daily calls are available. They are included in the Concierge Independence package and can be added to other plans.
Q: Do you keep medical records?
No. These are friendly reassurance calls. We do not provide medical care or maintain medical records.
